At PrintLabsByBrandon, every product is custom-made and 3D printed to order. Due to the specialty and made-to-order nature of our items, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy to protect both our customers and our production process.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
π Returns β Defective Items Only
PrintLabsByBrandon accepts returns only for items that are confirmed defective upon arrival.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Change of mind

Buyerβs remorse
-
Incorrect size selected
-
Shipping delays outside our control

Assembly difficulty
-
Normal 3D printing surface variations
-
Minor cosmetic imperfections
-
Orders placed without reading the full description
All sales are considered final unless the item qualifies as defective under the guidelines below.
β What Qualifies as a Defect?
An item may qualify as defective if:

It arrives physically broken or structurally compromised
-
It has severe print failure (major cracks, large separation, missing sections)

It contains a manufacturing error that makes the item unusable
Please Note:
Visible layer lines, small surface marks, minor stringing, or slight texture differences are normal characteristics of 3D printing and are not considered defects.
πΈ Reporting a Defect
If you believe your item is defective:

Contact us within 3 days of confirmed delivery.

Provide:

Your order number
-
A detailed description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and original packaging
-
Failure to provide photo documentation may result in denial of the claim.
Claims submitted after the 3-day window may not be eligible for review.
π° Refund & Store Credit Policy
If your item is confirmed defective, we may offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:
Option 1: Replacement
We may send a replacement part or full item at no additional cost.
Option 2: Refund
A refund may be issued to the original payment method once:

The defective item is returned (if requested), and

The defect is verified upon inspection
Refunds will cover the cost of the defective item only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the entire order is deemed unusable.
Option 3: Store Credit
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.
Store credit:

Will be issued in the form of a digital credit code

Will be valid for future purchases
-
Does not expire
-
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Store credit may be offered when:

A return shipment is not required
-
A partial issue occurred

The customer prefers credit over refund
π« Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
Unless confirmed defective, the following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

Custom or personalized items

Assembled products

Rush orders
-
Clearance or discounted items

Orders where production has already started
Once printing has begun, orders cannot be canceled β production materials and machine time have already been committed.

If a defect is confirmed:

We will provide return instructions.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return shipping costs may be covered by PrintLabsByBrandon if approved in advance.

Improper assembly, misuse, or modification voids return eligibility.

Damage caused after delivery does not qualify as a defect.

All products are inspected before shipment.
